Michele – Receptionist Michele is likely the first person you will meet at FreyOrthodontics. She will help schedule your new patient consultation and regular appointment visits. If you need to change an appointment or make a payment, Michele will be happy to assist you. Michele is new to the field of orthodontics, but has many years of experience in the customer service industry. She lives in Naperville with her beautiful daughter Gianna. |

Joanne – Office Manager When you arrive for you new patient consultation, you will most likely meet Joanne. Joanne has been a valued member of our team for years and helps manage the day to day business of our practice. Joanne is a devote Cubs fan and can answer any questions you may have about any aspect of your care. She lives in Oswego with her husband Jeff and is the proud mother of two sons Sean and Chris. |

Tracy – Treatment Coordinator Tracy is another person you are likely to meet at your consultation appointment. Tracy is our treatment coordinator and will orient new patients to our practice and our office policies. Tracy will also discuss your orthodontic treatment plan with you in detail and answer any questions you may have about orthodontics, treatment financing, or insurance benefits. Tracy is a Boston sports fan and lives in Plainfield with her husband, two children, and her adorable Labradors Fenway and Brady. |

Lisa – Financial Coordinator Lisa is our behind the scenes expert. She manages our office communication letters, verifies insurance benefits and submits your electronic insurance claims. Lisa also handles our auto-pay programs and our new “Sesame” online services; your gateway to our practice online. Lisa lives in Downers Grove with her husband Joe and two young children Ian and Vivian. |

Joyce – Records Manager Although Joyce is the newest member of our team, she worked along-side Dr. Peterson for years with many members of our current staff. Joyce manages our patient records and imaging. She is the one responsible for making your photos, models, and x-rays look so good. Joyce loves the White Sox and lives in Plainfield with her husband, three wonderful children, and four dogs! All Sox fans. |

Vicki – Clinical Coordinator Vicki is in charge of the everyday operations of our orthodontic clinic. She specializes in chair-side patient care and maintains our inventory of clinical supplies and orthodontics appliances. Vicki recently returned from maternity leave after giving birth to the newest member of her family Daniel. Vicki lives in Aurora and is the proud mother of four wonderful children; Nicole, Lauren, Brianna, and of course, Daniel. |
